Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
You will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in order to sell your property. We work with local Energy Assessors and we can arrange for your EPC to be carried out at an additional cost. If you would like us to arrange this for you, please speak to a member of the team.

Surveys
Property surveys are carried out by licenced professionals to determine the value and what repairs (if any) are required. Depending on the type of survey needed, they will highlight any structural damage or faults such as damp, and in some cases, the cost of rebuilding the property which can be important for insurance purposes. The age and type of property may affect what type of survey you get. Our team can give you recommendations for local reputable surveyors to assist with your home survey.
Professional Photography
When it comes to photographing your property, we will capture the very best images to show your property at its best. Depending on the location of the property, there may be the requirement for aerial photography, our valuer can discuss any cost involved.
We also have access to professional property photographers at excellent rates, and our property valuer can discuss bespoke packages that can be tailored towards providing the very best for your property marketing.
Referrals
As a part of our comprehensive property services, we will introduce other knowledgeable professionals to assist buyers, sellers and other interested parties to enhance their experience of the moving process. We have carefully selected a panel of local professionals who in turn have agreed excellent terms for our clients. Please note we may give a quotation for sellers and buyers for the companies listed below and should you decide to use one of these companies as a result of our introduction we will receive a referral fee. Any quotation is offered without obligation and it is your decision whether you choose to deal with any of these companies.
All referral fees are paid to us by the named companies and are included within any quotes provided. The
referral fees are not an additional charge to you.
